We provide a full range of services related to ear, nose, and throat health, including:

・Ear Care: Treatment for ear infections, hearing loss, tinnitus, and more.

・Nose Care: Sinusitis treatment, allergy management, nasal congestion, and more.

・Throat Care: Diagnosis and treatment of throat infections, tonsillitis, and voice disorders.

・Hearing Tests: Comprehensive hearing evaluations for all ages.

・Whether you are experiencing a minor issue or need ongoing treatment for chronic conditions, our clinic is here to help.

For conditions outside of our expertise, we will refer you to a specialist clinic that is better suited to address your specific medical needs. We are committed to ensuring that you receive the best possible care, even if it requires seeking treatment from another facility.

For Residents of Japan

・My Number Card (Individual Number Card) or health insurance card, medical certificate, beneficiary certificate.

・A record of your current medications (such as a medication notebook).

・If you do not have a health insurance card due to job changes or transfers, please bring a qualification certificate or proof of employment that details your health insurance coverage.

For Travelers

As travelers cannot use Japanese health insurance. All medical expenses must be paid in cash.

If you are using travel insurance, we can provide a medical certificate for your claim.

Please bring your passport.

＊Reception for consultations may close earlier than the times listed above depending on the situation.

At our clinic, patients can check in online on the day of their appointment using a computer, smartphone, or other devices.

You can also check your position in line and the current waiting time, so there is no need to wait in the clinic for an extended period.
Please arrive at the clinic and complete your in-person registration when there are five patients ahead of you in line.

・Morning Consultations: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM (until 12:00 PM on Saturdays)

・Afternoon Consultations: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM (excluding Wednesdays and Saturdays)
